Never in the short, but dramatic history of Flightdeck Air Combat Center in Anaheim, Ca. has there been a corporate group with as an appropriate name as Landsafe Inc. who gathered for a team building event on February 4th to take themselves to entirely new heights. Team leader AJ Jackson wrote “We absolutely were entertained and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly at Flight Deck. We were greeted with kindness, professionalism and instant camaraderie which carried through until the end. I thought it was kind of funny that everyone mocked me when I presented the idea. Attendance was optional, but we had full participation with people driving in from Los Angles, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego and two who flew in from Vegas and Kansas City. Everyone is still gloating and throwing around stories and bragging comments even if they are slightly exaggerated. I didn’t have time to think of company related awards but that was of no consequence as your boys covered it perfectly and that was a great way to wrap it up.
A few of those who attended are throwing around the idea of taking their family for a visit which is a testimonial to their content. The only thing I heard as a suggestion for enhancement would be to have the planes somehow move with screen and stick (i.e., if the plane tipped when you turned it like Disney rides), but that was it (that’s unvarnished). All other comments were positive and I’m sure we’ll be talking about this for some time.” So do yourself and your company a favor by recommending Flightdeck Air Combat Center as the venue for your next team building event!
